YLC Signature Event: A Snapshot of Our Community

Calling all photographers and art enthusiasts! Join YLC of Federation for an evening of culture, cocktail and friends. Get a behind the scenes glimpse of our community through an exhibit featuring photography from community members. Saturday, August 28, 9 p.m. – 1 a.m. at the Buckhead Theater (3110 Roswell Road, Atlanta 30309). To register and for more information, click here. Interested in submitting photographs? Whether you’re a professional photographer or shooting photos is simply a hobby, please submit Jewish themed photos to display at the event. Email jsegal@jfga.org for more details.

Mark your calendars for Thursday October 21 at 6:30pm: Every day, Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta serves the Jewish community, both in Atlanta and abroad. This is made possible through the generous giving of the Atlanta Jewish Community. Together we will reach out to the community for their support as Federation begins the 2011 Annual Campaign. Please join us to help make the calls that make a difference.

Volunteer with Atlanta Community Food Bank

Thank you to everyone that helped out at the Atlanta Community Food Bank program. Together we sorted and packed over 2,400 pounds of food which created over 1,600 meals for the hungry. Everyone had a great experience and enjoyed learning about Jewish Federation’s support of the Food Bank through the annual Hunger Walk.
